So I personally LOVE Angel Porrino’s style! She’s alike with me in the sense that I love adding sparkle to everything! So want those fabulous shoes she wore to her 22nd birthday party? She did them herself!!

Here’s how:
First of all let me say, that you do NOT need your shoes to be Steve Madden, it can be your favorite heels! But we are using the actual heels that she used:

Then we can buy rhinestones like these:

And I suggest 1 Gross[144 pieces] 10ss[the size] in ROSE AB and make sure they are FLATBACK. 
And you can get these here.
I suggest you get either the package of 10 Gross[1440 pieces] or a couple of the 1 Gross since you are doing 2 shoes.

Now for the glue, one of the best glues is the E-6000. You can get it at any craft stores! Here is a link for those who rather get it online. It dries clear and doesn’t affect the color of the rhinestones! Which is good!
